Inductive supply modules have a wide variety of advantages when compared to contact lines. The technology is generally low-maintenance and less susceptible to faults. As no graphite abrasion occurs, it is also suitable for demanding systems with cleanroom atmospheres, for example. In the case of skillet installations, there are fewer interfering contours; and with AGVs, the inductive technology impresses with its high degree of flexibility – the AGV charging mats can ultimately be used flexibly at any location.
