FMC Byton – Electric car start-up from China
FMC Byton plans to start selling a new high-tech electric car by the end of 2019 in China. Exports are to arrive a year later. The company management hopes to reach peak production of 300,000 vehicles within five years at the Nanjing plant. The SUV planned by Byton is intended to be based on the same platform and the same powertrain as the saloon.
LJU is receiving the order for implementing the entire control system for the final assembly. The requirements will comply with the strictest safety standards around at the moment.
